Hello, my name is Dr. Jason Ozubko. I am a professor of Cognitive Psychology and Neuroscience. You may know me from my popular YouTube tutorial series for PsychoPy (or my Super Science Bros. PsychoPy game). I am an experienced researcher who has been developing experiments for the past 20 years and I can help you with your experiments! Be it adding new features to your experiment, translating experiments online for remote data collection, building all new experiments from scratch, or even developing scripts to process or prepare data for analyses, I can help.

I offer a wide range of help in programming PsychoPy and Pavlovia (online) experiments. From simple bug fixes or adding new features to designing entire experiments that can run locally or online through Pavlovia, I can help in all cases. I also make an effort to heavily comment any custom code in your experiment so that things are clear and easy to follow, allowing you to make further changes to your script in future, if you so desire.
I can assist with data analyses and develop scripts or pipelines to help process data in Python or R. I have experience working with complex behavioural, physiological, and neuroimaging data (fMRI and EEG) and can assist with your data processing needs. Be it from just helping to organize or process data to full analyses, if it involves data, I can help.
I have years of experience designing experiments in a variety of languages (including E-Prime, MATLAB, and C++). I have programmed experiments from the ground up in numerous languages for behavioural and neuroimaging research projects (including EEG and fMRI). I can provide programming help or just consulting expertise for almost all experimental needs.
General Programming Services ($60/hour)
For designing, building, debuging, or otherwise programming an experiment or to help with data analyses.
LIVE Programming and Individual Consulting Services ($90/hour)
For live programming or consulting services where you would like to work together over Zoom and/or build an experiment in real-time.
For all work, there is a 1-hour minimum for billing, after that time and fees are rounded to the nearest 15 minutes.
